Job Description(s): Career Orientation & Development Management Training Program
American Woodmark Corporation will be hiring May 2010 graduates to participate in our next Career Orientation & Development Program in June 2010.
This uniquely competitive program will provide new employees the opportunity to enter a paid 14-week training program, which includes travel to our Corporate Offices, Builder Centers, and Manufacturing Plants. In addition, new hires will learn the entire American Woodmark process within the framework of four career tracks: Operations, Sales & Marketing, Support, and Technical. Upon successful completion of the program, placement into the first official role in the company will occur.
The candidates are required to hold an undergraduate degree with a class rank above 20% and/or a GPA of a 3.0 from an accredited college/ university. (All majors are encouraged to apply.) The candidate should also have excellent oral, written, and organizational skills as well as the drive, determination, and discipline of a self-starter.
