Profile: As a Carrier Sales Representative you will focus on matching carriers with available freight. All new employees complete a comprehensive six month training program. The initial three months of training will focus on the rules and regulations of the industry, mastering our computer system, making quick decisions and providing excellent customer service. The second half will focus on inside sales techniques through a combination of classroom and hands on training. At the conclusion of training all new employees should feel confident building relationships and building their portfolio of carriers. All employees have unlimited income potential through a combination of base salary and uncapped commission bonus.
